Q: Is there a minimum order for a custom embroidery job?

A: No, we do not believe in minimum orders! We will do from 1 item to as many as you want. In addition, we do not charge a premium for a smaller order.

Q: How long does it take for an embroidery job?

A: This depends on the quantity of the job and how much work is needed to make the logo of your choice. If you are working with letters only, the production time is minimum. In addition, should you use one of our over 20,000 in stock designs the production time is also shortened.

Q: What kinds of specialty items do you have?



A: We have access to many items, and in most cases can find the product you want. If not, we will do our very best to find a similar item for you.

Q: How long does it take for a custom logo?



A: You can expect a minimum of 2 weeks for your initial proof to be returned to you for approval.

Q: Is there a deposit required?



A: We require a deposit on custom work. 50% is due on contract signing and 50% is due at the time of delivery or shipment of the product.

Q: Do you do wholesale jobs?



A: YES! We will work with any customer who is looking for wholesale work. Please contact us with your needs and we will work special pricing for you.

Q: How long will the entire job take?



A: This depends on what type of product is involved in the production. If it's in stock with our vendors, it will up to 2 weeks to complete your order. We also will do rush orders. There will be an expedite charge on rush orders.

Q: Why is there a contract involved in Embroidery work?



A: This is to protect both parties so that we get your job right the first time.

Q: Is merchandise returnable?



A: No. The only time there is a return allowed, is if we misspell wording. This is why we have all customers sign off on an embroidered proof prior to running the job. Also, we will allow for returns of items that are manufacture defects. We inspect every item prior to shipping to try to catch any manufacture defect.

Q: Can you embroider customer owned items?



A: Yes, however we must require that you the customer sign a release of liability on the item/s that we are embroidering. We are not able to replace your items, therefore we must require that you sign off on this prior to starting the job.
